Set on a steel frame – from the EDX70 scaffolding manufacturer
The set includes the components needed to erect EDX70 facade scaffolding on the specified facade area: frames, platforms, guardrails, braces, toe boards, base jacks and anchors. The components are compatible with the Plettac system, so the set can later be extended or combined with equipment you already own.
We manufacture the sets at our plant in Jasienica near Myślenice and assemble them for a specific construction site. You can choose the area from 50 to 1000 m² and the type of decks: wooden, steel riveted or steel welded. If the facade has unusual dimensions, we will extend the set with additional bays, adjusting frames or brackets.
Scaffolding sets of EDX70 facade with timber platforms are the cheapest option, particularly convenient for work in a kneeling position, easier to keep clean when soiled with paint or adhesives, but less resistant to weather conditions. The steel welded deck is the most durable, with a zinc coating of over 50 microns, and the perforated surface is slip-resistant. The steel riveted deck is an economical alternative between the wooden and the steel welded one — it has similar performance parameters, but a thinner zinc coating of Z275 sheet metal, approximately 20 microns. It also has protrusions that protect the rivets from shearing when being tapped during cleaning.
