Base jacks – from the EDX70 scaffolding manufacturer

The adjustable screw base, also known as a scaffolding base jack, makes it possible to adjust the support height of the structure to the level of the ground. The screw mechanism with a nut allows individual supports to be positioned precisely and the scaffolding to be levelled before the next storeys are erected.

The base plate transfers loads to the ground or appropriately selected sole boards. Height adjustment makes it easier to compensate for differences in level at the points where the frames are placed, streamlining the preparation of the scaffolding for facade, insulation and renovation work.

The base is available in two finish variants: electro-galvanised or hot-dip galvanised. The zinc coating provides corrosion protection, supporting the durability of the component during repeated use on construction sites.
