DMS – brace fixing – from the EDX70 scaffolding manufacturer

The lower brace fixing, referred to as DMS or the starter, is used to create the lower fixing point of the brace on the first level of the scaffolding. It makes it possible to start the bracing arrangement from the base of the structure, supporting its proper stiffening.

The element works together with the diagonal brace, which limits the deformation of the scaffolding bays. It complements the equipment needed to assemble the structure for facade, insulation and renovation work.

DMS is available in two anti-corrosion protection variants: electro-galvanised or hot-dip galvanised. The zinc coating protects the surface against corrosion and promotes the durability of the component during repeated use on the construction site.

You can order it together with a scaffolding set or individually, to fill gaps or replace worn parts.

Typical use

  • scaffolding assembly and anchoring
  • adaptation to the facade and terrain
  • completing the set
