Aluminium-plywood working platform – from the EDX70 scaffolding manufacturer
The EDX 70 aluminium-plywood working platform forms the usable surface of the facade scaffolding during facade, insulation and renovation work. The permissible uniformly distributed load is 2 kN/m².

The load-bearing structure is made of aluminium profiles, and the working surface is made of waterproof plywood 9–10 mm thick with anti-slip properties. The aluminium frame reduces the weight of the platform, facilitating its handling, erection and dismantling, while the plywood finish improves footwear grip.
The end fittings are made of Z275 galvanised sheet steel. Steel is used at the ends most exposed to damage to increase their resistance to deformation that could prevent further use of the platform. The zinc coating protects the fittings against corrosion.
The riveted structure has a modular design, and each of its elements is replaceable. This enables repair by replacing damaged parts instead of the entire platform, making it easier to keep the equipment in good condition and reducing operating costs.
You can order it together with a scaffolding set or individually, to fill gaps or replace worn parts.
