4-pin main frame – from the EDX70 scaffolding manufacturer

The EDX 70 four-pin main frame forms the load-bearing structure of the facade scaffolding, supports the working platforms and enables the construction of subsequent levels. It is equipped with four pins, which allow guardrails to be installed on both sides of the frame and double-sided protection of the working platforms to be provided.

The main tubes are made of S235 steel and have an outer diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 2.7 mm. According to the provided material data, the yield strength of the steel used is Re ≥ 320 MPa. The zinc coating protects the steel against corrosion during outdoor use.

The system design simplifies assembly, dismantling and repeated reuse of the frame in facade scaffolding during insulation, plastering and renovation work.
