Scaffolding elements
All pipes and sections used for the production of scaffolding elements are made of steel S235JRH in class I. Application of standards PN 12811-1: 2007, PN-EN 12811-2-2008 and appropriate wall thickness allows us to maintain the high quality of our products and ensure work safety. Black steel prefabricated elements are hot-dip galvanized.
Framework steel EDX compatible with the Plettac system are available in dimensions of 0.5 m; 1.0m and 2.0m.
Concentrations are produced for fields of 2.0 m; 2.5m and 3.0m.
The transverse bracing, as one of the main stabilizing elements of the scaffolding, is made of 48.3mm pipes
Handrails are produced for fields of 2.0 m; 2.5m and 3.0m.
The handrails are made of 38mm pipes and 1.8mm wall. The best comparative property is the weight of the finished piece.

Communication platform with a ladder. A scaffolding component for moving between successive levels. Made of aluminum section and birch board with waterproof and anti-slip properties. The products we offer are made on 9mm and 12mm plywood. An additional advantage is the reinforced front fittings, made of galvanized steel. This ensures considerable durability of the platform, and the fastening with rivets allows for a quick replacement of the element. The advantage of EDX communication is that the ladders are finished with rollers, which prevents them from blocking and, consequently, from "breaking" the hatch.
Wooden platforms are made of spruce wood in the C18-C24 class I quality. The humidity is in the range of 10%-12%. The tops are combined in three elements, which prevents them from bending. Our platforms are covered with water-based, non-discoloring paint with anti-fungal and anti-slip properties. We offer dimensions from 0.70m to 3.0m.
Aluminum elements. Our offer also includes scaffolding sets made of aluminum. The use of this raw material allows to reduce the weight of products by nearly 50%, while maintaining high strength. The product is compatible with the Plettac system. Below are examples of items and their weights:
